I am a daughter, sister, wife, mother, student and teacher.
I have learned much, and have much to learn. I have seen much, and have much to see. I have done much, and have much to do.
I have been teaching for 20 years, of which I have been a proud member of the Gorsebrook staff for the last 15.
I received a Bachelor of Science from Saint Mary's University, with a major in Biology and a minor in French. I then completed a Bachelor of Education at Saint Francis Xavier University in the areas of Math, Science and French. I began teaching with the Halifax Regional Centre for Education in 2003, first at Herring Cove Junior High and then Gorsebook Junior High. I returned to school, and completed my Masters in Education in Curriculum Studies at Mount Saint Vincent University. I am a life long learner, and have future aspirations to further my studies in Math, and or Guidance.
